Guarantee/ Returns and Refund and Shipping Policies


  • Guarantee period is starting from the order arrival date stated on courier website for shipped orders or shipping date or pickup date for local pickup.
  • Ink and Toner cartridges have 1 year limited guarantee with the following restrictions:
    • �No-chip� ink cartridges with error message problem. We will not refund or replace for these type of error message problems.
    • All remanufactured or new compatible ink/toner cartridges with ink/toner display level problems are not considered defective. We will not issue refunds for this type of problem.
    • To return a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Other non-ink/toner or cable merchandise not listed above has a 30 days warranty.
  • Modifying a product without authorization will void warranty.
  • In no event shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits or equipments.

  • For orders that has not been received on estimated date posted on courier�s website, please contact our customer service for assistance. We will contact our courier on your behalf for an investigation. Delivery time is only an estimate; delivery time is NOT a guarantee. Since we have no control over delivery time, we will not refund shipping cost for any delayed orders.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or delay. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. The courier is responsible for any loss or unforeseen delays in your order�s arrival. Please contact us and we will contact the courier to open an investigation.
    Delay: When the products do not arrive within 24 hours after expected delivery date;
  • Any missing or wrong product sent must be reported within 30 days for replacement or refund. We will not accept any claim after 30 days after receiving orders. We suggest you should verify your order immediately when you received it.
  • If our courier lost the package due to incorrect address provided by customer, customer will have to take full responsibility. We will not arrange refund or replacement for orders with the shipping wrong address.
  • Physical damage caused by shipping must be report within 30 days. We will refund accordingly after Canada Post investigation.
  • Please check order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. If problem is not notify in time and order is shipped out, customer will be responsible for the resending charge. We suggest customer can place another order. We will refund after the item is being received.
  • For commercial addresses, the business name must be included in the address; otherwise it will be identified as an incomplete address.
  • Packages that are Return to Sender (RTS) must be authorized by an employee of We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for package returned without authorization. For refunds, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


  • Physical damage to any product will void the product�s warranty. Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 30 days after the delivery date posted on Courier�s website.
  • Shipping cost is non refundable if the order already shipped out and return to us; Even if the order is defective.
  • All defective products must be return in original packaging along with all documents/CDs/accessories and packed with care.
  • All returns must have a copy of the invoice or Order# on a piece of notes for identification purpose; Otherwise, we have no idea who to contact or refund to. Please carefully package all returns. We will not issue refund for damaged condition package.
  • Defective product return will not be accepted without prior authorization from employee of
  • We provide RSL (prepaid return shipping label) to confirmed defective items within warranty period, unless in special circumstances authorized by our customer service. Defective item must be return within 30 days after the RSL is issued. Please ship it back along with your return authorization form. We are not able to provide RSL for pickup orders need to obtain authorization before going to store for an exchange or refund.
  • If customer would like to return a non-defective product, please read:
    • A 20% Restocking fee will be applied
    • Customer needs to be responsible for shipping cost for non-defective products. Any RTS (return to sender) package or any rejected package without authorization, we will contact customer and charge shipping for resending or refund the amount and deduct any shipping charges incurred.
    • The product MUST BE unopen and fit for resale condition accompanied by, including but limited to, the original packaging, manuals and all promotion items or gifts received.
    • Order number or information to identify the order must be included with the return.
    • Ink and Toner cartridges with 1 year limited guarantee can be return within 3 months; Other unopen products can be return within warranty period;
    • The customer is responsible for any loss and damage, we suggest items delivery should be insured and packed with care.
    We will not refund if the return does not match the above condition.
  • Customer must obtain authorization for each returning products. No action will be taken if the product(s) return to us without authorization. If products that are qualify for refund or replacement, including but not limited to return products without original packaging, manuals & accessories, or return any products not purchased from

  • Incorrect product purchased due to website error, must be reported to us to obtain authorization in order to receive refund. Once we confirm we will arrange return and refund.
  • Page yield problem determined caused by the cartridges to print less than 50% which confirmed is not caused by misuse or improper maintenance. In such cases, we will only be refunded partially as store credit accordingly.
